location - It is the closest hotel to the convention center and it felt safe. room- It was very modern, clean, and spacious with a terrific city view. staff- They were all friendly.

The position of the hotel is conveniently close to the city center, that you can reach by walking distance. The breakfast is served at the table, so there is no buffet, your choice is then limited to one main course order per person, which is fine because it's very high level. There are relatively less homeless people in the neighbourhood compared to other streets, which is usually not something to note for an hotel, but in San Francisco you might wanna know that before booking a stay.

The hotel staff and manager were very kind and supportive. I felt safe and comfortable as I was traveling by myself for conference. The breakfast menu was great and even the staff there were very nice and kind to me. Overall I felt welcomed at W hotel.

Very central location. Great music in lobby, which got quite crowded during conferences. Unconventional deco from most traditional business hotels. Gym was well equipped. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous with options

Location is great, a lot of attention to detail, staff is polite and helpful, lots of complementary perks that were really nice to have (museums, expressos, etc)

A very good place just 5 min walk to Market Street, and right at the corner to the MOMA. Modern design, with purple, pink and black colors, good atmosphere, specially at the bar for an after-work with music and finger food ! Nice and very effective staff. A lot of restaurants and bar in the neighborhood.

Beautiful room with a nice view of the San Francisco Bay in the distance (with the Bay Bridge peeking between buildings). The room was on the smaller size but perfect for our short layover in SF. Location is fantastic, just a block or two away from the SF MoMa. Also very close to Ferry Building down by the pier, downtown area, and many restaurants and supermarkets in the area. The staff we interacted with were also lovely.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were very clean and spacious, the coffee in the room was so delicious, the view was stunning and the valet parking people and everyone in general was very kind, friendly and helpful. We loved the view from the room and the location was perfect. They even had fresh fruit at the front desk for us to enjoy:)
